At NaughtyCreator (“we”, “us”, “our”) your privacy matters enormously to us. We know many creators work under a stage name and keep their creator life separate. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use www.naughtycreator.io (the “Site”), why we collect it and how we protect it.

Information you give us
- Community applications: your name, email address, creator status, the platforms you use or are interested in, what you tell us about yourself and how you heard about us.
- Member accounts: if your application is approved we create an account using your email address, plus a password that you control.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and (optionally) your first name.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Forum posts: anything you choose to post in the members’ community.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and WordPress may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, to remember your age confirmation and to protect our forms from spam.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether to approve membership
- To create and manage your member account and give you access to the community
- To send you emails you’ve asked for, such as application updates or the newsletter
- To reply to your messages
- To keep the Site and community safe, prevent spam and enforce our Terms & Conditions

Our legal bases are your consent (for example, the newsletter), the performance of a contract (providing your membership) and our legitimate interests in running a safe, useful service.
How we share information
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the Site, such as our web host and email delivery services, and only as far as necessary. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share your application details with any agency or partner, including JigglyModels. If you apply to a partner, you do so directly on their website, under their own privacy policy.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links on the Site, including OnlyFans and JigglyModels links, are referral links. When you click them you leave our Site, and the third party’s privacy policy applies. The third party may tell us that a referral took place, but it won’t share your personal details with us.
How long we keep information
- Applications: up to 24 months after a decision, so we can handle re-applications fairly
- Member accounts: for as long as your account is active, then deleted on request
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Contact messages: up to 12 months
Keeping your data safe
We use HTTPS encryption, strong passwords, limited admin access and up-to-date software. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We encourage members to use a stage name and a dedicated creator email address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Age restriction
The Site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
